This young and full-bodied deep red with hints of violet, balanced tannin and intense bouquet of berries Salento I.G.P. wine, is obtained from a classic red wine process to five more colour to the wine itself; fermentation is ultimated in steel containers and then in bottles. The pairing with roastmeat and mature cheese is sublime, perfect the one with pasta and ragù sauce! Together with Primitivo, Negroamaro is the most important grape variety of Apulian enology. The Apulian cellars, after years in which their production was used above all to strengthen wines from other regions, are now focused on much lower yields, which favor concentration and no longer volume. Colorful, full bodied, velety taste, balanced tannin presence and a lightly bitter taste with complex smells (dried plum, tobacco, coffee) are exalted by rich dishes, game, ragù sauce, mature cheese and grilled meat. Negroamaro is characterized by a good content of coloring substances, so the shades of the wines are of an intense ruby ​​red, with low transparency, sometimes impenetrable, with a marked tendency to turn towards more brick tones with aging. Staring at its deep red almost dark and black is like staring at the stars in the night: profound but reassuring because in the dark, stars light up the way.
