Design Culture Now

Created for a fictitious event held at the Cooper-Hewitt, National Design Museum in New York City, this poster incorporates handdrawn type and other elements, reflecting the nature of the featured designers' work. An "organized mess," the misalignments and imperfections in the colouring of the display type are offset by the structure and hierarchy of the poster itself.

Beside each speaker's name is a fingerprint, alluding to the uniqueness of each designer's style, cutting through the unifying qualities of how they are presented as a whole on the poster.
