McDonald's created the McDonald's HACER Program to assist Hispanic students in pursuing their higher education goals. HACER stands for Hispanic American Commitment to Education Resources.
I had the pleasure of working on the early styleframe explorations for McDonald's HACER at Brand New School. The illustration visualized the difficulties of the main character when she was growing up. By using metaphor, I transformed how she outlined a new path for herself and how she worked hard towards a higher goal into an illustration.
