Waves of Light revisited

"As I wake up—not from sleep—but from a deep existential slumber, the muddy greyness of the everyday fades away and the freshness of the new dawn, that every second holds, arrives. Tender, fragile and precious. It is as if a veil has been taken away from my eyes and I get to experience life in its fullness. A vibrant, lustrous and deeply soothing feeling emerges an intangible presence that surrounds everything.

I will never touch a thing, a flower, another being, or any moment the same way again. My hands, my heart, and my soul are loaded with gentleness and compassion, gratitude. I’m being lifted up from a human heaviness into a realm of supreme fragrance and an exuberant flowerness. I’m laughing and giggling silently from every cell of my being.

I pray this is a one-way ticket. Of all the breathtaking views I’ve seen through the journey of my life: the majestic ocean licking shores of white sand with crystal clear waves, golden sunrises and sunsets in otherworldly colors, hearty lush green landscapes as long as the eye can reach—not to mention—the shimmering stars under the deep blue night sky, well, yet, nothing surpasses this. I’m in a state of bliss."
