Poster for Sikkim Together
Sikkim Together is an initiative by the civil society in Sikkim to help people combat COVID-19 in Sikkim. This poster was done as an advisory for the homestays in Sikkim while the tourism sector was opening after the second wave of COVID-19 in India.
I conceptualized and designed this poster during my summer internship at Echostream, Gangtok. This project was guided by Sonam Gyaltsen & Chewang R. Lepcha.
The brief was not only to inform about precautionary measures for COVID-19 but also to convey the beauty and culture of Sikkim and the warmth of homestays. Visual references were collected to choose the right colors, vegetation, and visual elements that are prominent in Sikkim.
