An annual report project that I had to propose for the covers design and inner layout (from chapters 1 to 4) for Tropicana Corporation Berhad. While for the cover needed to be proposed at least about 5 in order for them to pick which one is the best (picture below is the final design). Thanks to the team for being supportive and keeping us motivated in succeeding this project.

Tropicana Corporation Berhad is a residential property management company. Thus, the focused emphasis on the core value of high-class residential living. The aesthetic of the cover portrays a minimalist composition between white space and silhouette shaped (Tropicana logo) that represents a perfect balancing of view. The green colour tone reflects the company identity itself.
