Sunflowers in Frédérick-Back Park -1
This summer, several mornings, I went to Frederic-Back Park. I had never been to this park which is located in my neighborhood. The section of the park located near the Cirque du Soleil is accessible since spring 2021. It is this part of the park that I explored this summer and I haven't seen everything yet.
Opened in 2017, Frederic Back Park is located in the heart of the Saint-Michel Environmental Complex. This "park is a unique metamorphosis, initiated in 1995, of a former quarry and landfill site into a vast green space. When completed, the park will occupy 153 of the 192 hectares of the environmental complex and will include several differently designed areas. ... The white spheres cover the biogas collection wells.*"

Sometimes I took few pictures, because I had everything to discover. The spaces, the different trails and directions. Behind the fences I could see the future trails, some of which will be in depth.
Walking in this park is like walking in the country, but in the city of Montreal.
In this first project, I show you my best photos of the sunflowers, photographed on July 11, August 3, 15 & 31 and October 9, 2021 at Frédérick-Back Park.
