Translation :

This city torments me, it goes up and down.

Chaotic, it exhausts me. Its disorderly pulsations are mine.

Reflecting my inconsistency, my chaos.

Violent, this city is said violent. I think I am violent, just like my city.

In this series of drawings i illustrated a quote from Samir Toumi's book "Alger, Le Cri" (Algiers, The Scream) using my character Sid Ali, who is from that city (just as I am) as it was a perfect reflexion of his thoughts (and mine as well).
