In 2007 I arrived in Fort St John, BC to manage a sign company in a highly competitive market, one of eight shops providing very similar products and services in a community of less than 20,000 people. Expanding the business to absorb clients from surrounding communities, I anchored a business during lean economic times that ruined many other companies.
With a team ranging between three and five staff members as business allows, service is provided promptly, with a smile and an understanding that going the extra mile will mean the difference between a loyal customer and a price-shopper.
As a team leader with 20 years of experience in the industry, my duties range from Art Direction to Design and Production, with Installation thrown in there just because I do what needs to be done.
