Banco Nacional de Costa Rica
In 2021, BNCR started a project to renew their web and mobile apps to the small and medium enterprises. Notable features of the project were to adopt Costa Rican financial transactions such as interbank payments or utilities payments to the used omni-channel banking platform, its design system and the bank's branding. 

As the contractor's design and frontend team lead I guided the process of creating a design strategy and designing user flows that simplified the processes for the end users while complying with the bank's regulatory and technical frameworks.
