Faith and Metamodern Sounds in Country Music

I decided to choose "Faith" by Pop Smoke as my album since I really enjoyed it. Pop Smoke passed away back in 2020 and this album was put together with unreleased/unfinished work. I listened to it a lot this summer and think it turned out great. I used brushes as the smoke for my background and added more transparency to it. I also added a gaussian blur and motion blur to the text and cross so it would blend in better with the smoke. I didn't want anything to look out of place in my artwork. I added a halo to the cross in respect to Pop Smokes passing. To balance out the yellow halo I made Pop Smoke's name yellow and a yellow shadow behind Faith. I decided to start on another album cover once finished and did "Metamodern Sounds in Country Music" by Sturgill Simpson. I was going to a concert with Sturgill that week, yet he lost his voice and couldn't play. I made the cowboy hat myself since the album is bluegrass music and about working hard. I added a gradient inside the cowboy hat to make it look more realistic. I also added a gradient to the ground and sky so it looks more realistic. I used the brush tool with a hardness of 0 to make stars. For the text I used Aldivaro yet the "stamp" style for the main text and "rough" style for the smaller text.
