First we calculate required data for the chassis design and simulation. we were use 21.3*2.3 pipes of AISI 4130 material for making chassis. Made the 3D model using solid works 2019. To made chassis we used tool weldment.

And also we did simulation using solid works. In simulation we did static simulation.

In that we got result of highest and lowest Stress, Strain and Displacement on different points in chassis.
