The Dubai Design District will become a world class creative community for the Emirates that promotes and nurtures local and regional designers. In addition, it will be home to some of the world’s leading brands and talent, and showcase Dubai as an international design, fashion and luxury destination.

The initial stage of design comprised a 'visioning master plan'; the results of which propose a design institute, incubators and concert venues, aligning with the broader creative focus of the district.
Waterfront Residential
We envisioned an interconnected master plan, which interprets elements of fashion and design such as weaving, transparency, bold lines, and expressive symbolism – this formed the overall concept for our master plan.
