This year, I was assigned to design a showreel dvd cover 2011 for my company. A chance of my lifetime to make use of my graphic skills. Been a looong while since i last do any graphical stuff (except for illustrations)
I wanted something new this year and since its the year of the rabbit. I decided to add that to the design.
The concept is a combination of brush and chinese paper cutting. Chinese paper cutting has been known to have intricate and detailed design on it. So i thought, it would look great for this year's cover. Something new, something fresh to bring up the brand new year :D
