This design was made in adobe Photoshop by Harsh Giri. A lot of photo manipulation was done for making this design. The skull and the man were two separate image and they both were merged into one by using tools like warp and masking. 

The design was also given a glow by using hue and saturation tool and masking. 

Lastly, a Japanese style looking display font is used for the typography.

This is the alternate version of the same design. This has a more grungy and distressed look and vibe. It is made by applying multiple layers of different textures and using different blend modes for each.

This one has more minimal look and feel because of no glows and lighting effect.
