General practice clinic with a focus on patient education and empowerment. We want to build a relationship with our patients and encourage them to take ownership of their health, especially via our specifically tailored membership packages that include health consultations/screening and laboratory tests.

The crux of our practice will be aimed at cardiac rehabilitative care, preventive and lifestyle medicine. We strongly believe in the concept of food as medicine. We will also focus on mental health and how health psychology affects our overall health and well-being. We want to shift the focus away from a sickness model of healthcare to a wellness model of healthcare.
