Everything in this book is inspired by the work and person of Francesca Woodman. As a young photographer, Woodman developed a unique style where she photographed herself in rough environments, often capturing her movements. In this book these two elements – the motion portrait and the environments – have been separated and combined with thoughts and statements made by Francesca Woodman.
