Lecture Series Poster
This project was to design an advertising poster for an art lecture series by utilizing visual hierarchy to structure the typographic information. I chose the background colors because I wanted them to stand out and catch attention. Then I chose to use the black blocks to hold and separate the information of each lecture, which let me use the background colors as the text colors as well, which I feel, ties the poster together. Above is a mock up to show an example of this poster in real life, and below is an image of the actual poster.
