PEDIDO DE DISEÑO:
Hacer un sistema de tres tapas de libro (el frente y el lomo de cada uno), de una misma colección (del género policial negro, en este caso). Ello implica que las imágenes generadas deben guardar cierta relación con el contenido de cada libro, de forma directa, indirecta o figurada. Y a su vez, el diseño de las tres portadas debe tener un aire de familia, con recurrencias gráficas o estilísticas.
DESIGN ORDER:
Make a system of three book covers (the front and the spine of each one), from the same collection (of the black police genre, in this case). To achieve this, the images generated must bear a certain relationship with the content of each book, directly, indirectly or figuratively. And in turn, the design of the three covers should have a family air, with graphic or stylistic recurrences.

Seguí en la búsqueda de una identidad para la colección. Para ello, tomé como referente a Saul Bass y su estilo de papel recortado. Me sirvió para encaminar por ese lado tanto las ilustraciones, así como para la elección tipográfica y también cromática. Para dar un carácter diferenciador a cada tapa, opté por un color de fondo que identifique a cada una. Tamibién decidí que la ilustración central, debía diferenciarse en su forma o complejidad con la de las otras portadas. La tapa de "El cartero siempre llama dos veces" me pareció la más interesante visualmente.
I continued searching for an identity for the collection. For this, I took as a reference Saul Bass and his cut-out paper style. It helped me to guide both the illustrations on that side, as well as the typographic and chromatic choice. To give each lid a differentiating character, I opted for a background color that identifies each one. I also decided that the central illustration should differ in its form or complexity from that of the other covers. The cover of "The Postman Always Calls Twice" seemed the most visually interesting to me and would be my stylistic goal for the collection.

Estoy muy conforme de cómo quedaron las tres tapas, creo que son un sistema. Me gusta el lenguaje visual que desarrollé y aprendí mucho haciendo este trabajo. Espero que a ustedes también les guste.
I am very satisfied with how the three covers were, I think they are a system. I like the visual language that I developed and learned a lot doing this work. I hope you guys like it too.
