RIA SEAN - FLUID.
Ria Sean is a singer/songwriter from Lagos Nigeria signed to Aristokrat records / Island DefJam / Universal music France.
Her first EP titled Fluid was released on the 3rd of September 2021.
We came up with the name "Fluid" for her EP to mirror the fluidity of her personality and her sound.
Our creative director Ebuka Anyasie (D-Truce) commissioned and collaborated with renowned photographer and art director TSE to put together the visual package for the project.

The cover art was inspired by 80's style movie posters. We wanted to create something that looked like a movie about a mysterious, sexy woman at the verge of discovering the different sides of her.
The plan was to achieve this with a cover that catches the listeners attention and makes them want to explore the music.

We had a conversation with Ria about what she thought was the most significant thing for her while working on the EP and translated her thoughts into the lines below.
The video for lead single from the project "Money bag" was written by Truce and directed by the award winning T.G Omori. The idea behind this was to introduce Ria's different sides as two characters in this short film. The first character was a bandit, to represent her wild and dangerous side, while the second was a police officer, to represent her calm and more logical side. The story of the video is a robbery heist which alludes to the topic of the song about getting the paper. Enjoy.
For the Video roll out, we created a campaign similar to a movie premier in collaboration with Imax/Filmhouse Cinemas Lekki.
