30-a-day is a social design and campaign proposal for the Borough of Camden. The aim of the project was to lower the threshold of casual physical activity among people who might otherwise­ not exercise. The core idea is to create small, rewarding opportunities to walk and ways to make this practice a part of people’s everyday routine.
