In the course, Business Process Design, we analyzed the business model of IKEA. Various methods such as Business Model Canvas, Empathy Map are used to analyze the business process and the customers.
We were able to build the whole Business Model for IKEA after careful investigation. We also analogue the model as the process of Gardening, hence we can look deeper through the relationship between different parts.
