- What ? The importance of opera square site and building a garage for cars in the most important area in the center of the capital, on which the “Egyptian Opera House” was built, the oldest opera house in the whole Middle East. The garage causes car fumes that causes air pollution. 

- Why ? The location of opera garage is very unique due to many reasons one of them is it’s historical background as it once was the opera of cairo an important part of the culture and art of it’s era. Another reason is the location of the site in the center of many different cultures that affected cairo and egypt strongly. 

- Vision :- 1. Due to the religious and cultural value of the place and it’s location in the center of an area includes so many heritage places one of the best options for this area is to be cultural and art center focuses mainly on the religious historical aspect of the neighboring area and how it was affected by the culture of each period 

2. Increase the tourism by highlighting touristic places they can visit in khedival and Islamic Cairo in the project 

3. Replacing the opera garage with a culture center bring back life to the culture of the location 

4. Building underground garages to to fulfill area’s needs that will also reduce the car fumes
