I DID A short 4 page comic as part of a comic class at university this semester. It is about a modern day William Tell, who originally was a swiss huntsman, forced to shot an apple off his sons head. Tell, the best marksman in all of Switzerland, manages to shoot the apple off without harming his son, yet swears revenge on the reeve. Tell slays the tyrant, leading to an uprising and ultimately to the foundation of Switzerland. Yet, the question remains: was it justified self-defense or plain murder?

To be honest, I didn’t like the play when I had to read it in school. None the less Tells words, his inner torment, anger and frustration, would always stick in my head ever since.
