Bamboo bicycle advertising campaing
This was a school project made at the MOME University of Art and Design. The task was to make an advertising campaign encouraging people to ride a bike. We live in a consumption-oriented society, so my idea was to sell a product that would not only attract attention, but also open a way for a new trend (target group would be mainly 20-30 years old). At that time, my friend Lábady Leo showed me his custom made bamboo bike I found out that bamboo has many advantages. It's fungi-proof, several times stronger and lighter than steel, it grows several times faster than another plants or trees, and is incredibly corrosion resistant. So I brought this bamboo bike, choosed IKEA as a fictional customer, made a fictional line of eco products (that's why the IKEA logo is green on the projects), illustrated the posters and city lights in a well known IKEA manual style, and I switched one letter in the name of the product to sound more Swedish. Bambö.
