(1) There are two types of motors in the engraving machine: one is a stepping motor, which is related to the engraving accuracy of the metal laser cutter. Some manufacturers choose imported stepper motors, some are joint venture stepper motors, and some are brand motors.

The other is a servo motor, the rotor speed is controlled by the input signal, and the response is fast. Used as an actuator of an automatic control system, it has the characteristics of low electromechanical time constant, high linearity, and high starting voltage.

(2) Laser lens:

It is related to the power of the metal laser cutter and can be divided into imported lenses and domestic lenses. Domestic lenses are divided into imported materials and domestic materials. The price difference is big, the use effect and the life span are different. It is also great.

(3) Laser tube:

This is the core of the metal cutting machine. Most domestic fiber laser use domestic laser tubes, because imported laser tubes are expensive, usually tens of thousands of yuan. Domestic laser tubes are also mixed, and the price difference is large. The service life of a good laser tube is about 3000 hours.

(4) Mechanical assembly quality:

In order to reduce costs, some manufacturers use very thin iron plates to make machine housings. This is generally invisible to the user, but over time, the frame will deform, which affects the engraving accuracy of the metal cutting machine. A good fiber laser must adopt a frame structure, welded with high-quality cross-section steel, and the chassis is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate. When purchasing a machine, the user can understand its quality by checking the thickness and strength of the frame structure and the iron plate of the outer shell.
