The main concept was the maximum preservation of plantings and the creation of a sense of unity with nature.
The facades of the building are designed using natural finishing materials (stone, wood) in combination with simple geometric shapes.
Terraces overlooking the river bank, open balconies, woodland and stunning landscapes - all elements will avoke the desire to come to this place at any time of the year and any weather.
Основной концепцией явилось максимальное сохранение насаждений и создание чувства единства с природой.
Фасады здания спроектированы с применением натуральных материалов отделки (камень, дерево) в сочетании с простыми геометрическими формами. Террасы с видом на берег реки, открытые балконы, лесной массив и потрясающие пейзажи – все элементы будут способствовать желанию уединиться в этом месте в любое время года и любую погоду.
