Design Narrative
Creating a new feminine concept for a brand men-exclusive, therefore the design has to represent their brand values but also get a twist, make it delicate and attractive for their feminine customers.
The gym consists of 3 levels. The ground floor is around each of them as about 600 sqm. On the ground floor, we find the reception, a bar area, changing rooms, pool, sauna and steam room. The first floor is dedicated to the weightlifting and cardio area. Last, on the second floor, we find the monitored activities such as Yoga studio, GX, Spin Studio and Athletic area. The gym is equipped with one private elevator to ease accessibility.
Their customers are mostly young and very energetic people who prefer ample and raw spaces. For this reason, we propose to create large areas where their customers can interact with each other in a dynamic and casual way.
The design evolves as we move up to the first floor, which will house the weightlifting and cardio area, the colour palette is kept but intensified. It’s an area that should emanate energy. Finally, on the second floor, the colour palette calms down to give the spotlight to the lighting design. A unique lighting design is created for each of the activities that will take place on the first floor.
