Design per il welfare - Busta Rossa
The aim of the project was to simplify the use
of the welfare service Busta Rossa by the target
through the reorganization of its communication tools
and the design of an identity system.
Busta Rossa is a service dedicated to elderly citizens
of the City of Milan that allows you to have health data
always at your fingertips thanks to mainly paper,
but also digital tools.
Origami technique
to involve senior citizens
The redesign of paper and digital tools
and the identity was based on the concept of origami,
a Japanese technical note very economical, simple,
involving and allowing paper folding valorization.
The origami technique allows to involve the elderly
citizens in the construction of the instruments
and therefore favors sociality and interaction.
A system of identification has also been set up
for all places connected to the service in order
to facilitate its practices.
