My Cairo Posters

"Smoke Weed" this poster represents the status of women in the Egyptian society, it is inspired by the song called “ashrab 7asheesh”. The women represented by the silhouettes hold flowers over their heads is the thoughts emerging from them into the world blossoming, trying to escape the prison that the man is holding her in to mask her identity and personality. There is no equality , women in Egypt have standards to walk by to get marry and be polite written on the silhouettes face. The teeth inside the mouth are like bars to showcase how the society and “the man” are holding her captive.
"Wa Ba3dean" Most women feel insecure to walk in Cairo as all eyes are on her.
"Azno2ny Kaman wa Kaman" showcase the beautiful mess that my Cairo have in an abstract way drawings inspired by crowdedness of people alongside each other and crammed buildings. Cairo is all buildings containing more than 20 stories and Boats all feel warm , beautiful and the phrase emphasizes that.
