Annual visual identity of Moholy-Nagy
University of Art and Design Budapest




The main task of the tender was to create a variable, responsive visual system that should be functional on any surface and fit into the university's communication. It was also an important aspect to always be able to add something new to the concept during the year and last but not least, it can be animated.

The identity is based on very self-evident, simple visual principles, which I specifically aimed for. The keywords were 𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 and 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘳𝘵, symbolized by the convergence of the shapes, their fusion into each other, and the resulting common intersection.
