Business strategy and launch

As a team we were given a business idea and tasked to formulate it, and it’s business strategy.
Our group was given an African stock company and needed to create its visual language.
Through research we found that stock images did not accurately depict Africa, and that the images were taken mainly from a western perspective.

In order to get images on our website as well as uplift the voices of African people, we decided to host a competition to get Africans to show a more accurate depiction on what it means to be African. They would post images under our 3 categories; people, animals, and landscape to get a chance to win a years subscription to our website.

The main idea behind the campaign is that we are Africans, creating content for Africans.
