The Afya Foundation is a another project I did focused on social change and the effects of COVID-19 on certain rural communities. My chosen community was Idjwi Island in the DRC. Included in this project was a booklet of helpful information on deforestation prevention, farming tips, nutrition and hygiene tips for the locals of the island to stay healthy in this time of Coronavirus. As well as an infographic of my research findings and a magazine advert to raise funds and awareness.
