DYB102 A Brave Life Project DRAFT
As a team, we worked through ideas for both long and short-term solutions to our wicked problem, how they would work and how they could be implemented.
Our idea was to strengthen and enhance upon the solid foundations that our Industry partner, A Brave Life, had already built, through creating BubTalk.
The concept was to create a stigma-free environment for current teen mums to hear, learn and express their and previous teen mothers' experiences and what helped their specific circumstances to overcome and get the best start to their new chapter in motherhood.

By creating and posting sessions of podcasts in a destigmatised environment through other channels such as, but not limited to, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram stories, teen mothers can access information on other teen mothers experiences in similar circumstances and learn how to overcome some of the difficulties of teen pregnancy with the variety of social media access.
BubTalk would work as a cheap and fast start up that can be implemented immediately through recording and uploading sessions of teen mum experiences on Facebook, Youtube and Spotify for easy access to any teen mother, whether she be in the city or in rural areas where support is more difficult to attain.

The website would explain what BubTalk is and can do for teen mothers and have links to other social media networks of A Brave Life - Facebook, Youtube, Instagram and Spotify - and have scheduled times for when the next episode would be release & schedules regularly updated

These podcasts would serve as a place for teen mums to share their experiences, removing stigma and instilling confidence while the Q&A sessions would help address concerns from teen mums. By telling real life success stories of previous teen mums others will be inspired and hopeful.

To help A Brave Life's monetary issue, an imbedded Donation link will be within each video during lives and within the page itself.
The impact of this idea would be to spread awareness on a global platform to educate teen mothers and make A Brave Life more accessible to the every day teenage mum by creating more connections with young mothers in rural communities that don't usually have access to non-profit organisations such as A Brave Life. These connections would make them feel like they can discuss their situation without judgement.
