How does nurture affect nature?
The Energy of White series removes all color and leaves texture. Like a blank canvas in white gesso, each painting allows for the shadows to be created not with paint, but because of paint.
The angle the light, from our environment, shines on each painting will reveal new shadows.
Indicating how important nurture can be.
Each white painting is done in pure white gesso. To enhance the simplicity of "nature."
With the exception of "White Hills Like White Hills," acrylic medium and a hint of silver was applied.
