Purpose: The purpose of the tool is to allow merchandising team to control the images that appear on the different department landing pages. The definition of "Department" is defined as a node that has a dedicated weekly mailer.
The tool will also allow the user to decide:
(a) the taxonomy nodes that appear on the department page as buckets
(b) if the images on the Department Landing page rotate or are stationary
Functions:
Add a Bucket: A user can add an unlimited number of buckets to a department page. When a user adds a bucket, it will appear with no bucket chosen and the text "Select Bucket Name" as the bucket title. The bucket can be a taxonomy node within the department, an attribute, or a designer.
Chose the bucket location: A user can add any of the taxonomy nodes under the dept as a bucket. When the user goes to add a new taxonomy node, they should first have to select whether they are searching for a Node, Attribute or Designer. The user will begin typing in the box, and system will return taxonomy node within the applicable department that contain that letter. The user must delete a bucket if they want to edit a taxonomy node that has already been set.

A user can choose whether the buckets are fixed as per preferences or rotated randomly on the Department Landing Page using the icon in the upper left. When Set Order is set, the location of the bucket is determined by the location of the bucket on the Department Landing Page Tool. The user able to manipulate the set order of the bucket by dragging the bucket to a new position on the page or editing the number of the bucket.
When Randomize Order is selected, the buckets will rotate randomly on the Department Page upon refresh.
