The CD cover features Freddy Mercury sitting on the throne, with the crown, against a background of deep space. The cover is in B / W, while the crown and the padding of the chair are in color. The title of the collection is also in B / W, with only the name of the group in red, the same color as the chair.

The back of the cover contains the titles of the songs on the CD, with the recurring colors, white, black and red.

The booklet contains song lyrics with black and white background, created with Photoshop brushes.
