ABOUT THE PROJECT
Silver Promotion 2.0 expands on Silver Case 1.0 to develop a marketing toolkit for current and potential Silver Promotion Service partners. This will improve the perception and value of silver jewelry for retailers and the end consumer. Spanning over the course of 8 weeks, Silver Promotion 2.0 unites a team of talented students from Luxury and Fashion Management and Graphic Design to conduct research, analyze and develop a toolkit for education and training, marketing and communication, and visual elements surrounding silver jewelry.
 
MY ROLE
As Creative Service Manager, here are some highlights I have accomplished through the 8 weeks' project. 
/ Communicating between the marketing research group and creative production group
/ Transforming marketing strategies into visual elements for clients to directly use in the future 
/ Managing day-to-day process of visual productions and presentation materials 
/ Creating final deliverables and project managing tools for the team
