Projekt miał na celu stworzenie informacji turystycznej w Gliwicach. Lokalizacją, która została wybrana jest skwer Doncaster w Gliwicach. Znajduje się się on w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie Urzędu Miasta Gliwice, Wojewódzkiego Sądu Administracyjnego, rzeki Kłodnica oraz w pobliżu ulicy Zwycięstwa, która jest obciążana największym natężeniem ruchu. Kolejnym z aspektów jest bliskie sąsiedztwo i bezpośrednie połączenie z komunikacja miejską.
Projekt obejmuje zaprojektowanie czterech obiektów, zachowanie i rozwinięcie przestrzeni zielonej dla mieszkańców, projekt parkingu podziemnego (124 miejsca) przez co likwidację parkingów wzdłuż głównej drogi. Całe założenie traktuje otoczenie, takie jak chodnik lub przystanek autobusowy czy część parkową skweru jako integralny element projektu.
Obiekt pierwszy zawiera podstawowe funkcje sanitarne jak i również toalety dla niepełnosprawnych, pomieszczenie dla matek z dziećmi, gdzie można przewinąć bądź nakarmić dziecko oraz natryski z których można skorzystać po dalszej podróży. Budynek posiada bezpośrednie połączenie z dźwigiem oraz klatką schodową prowadzącą do podziemnego parkingu oraz wyjście na chodnik. Kolejny obiekt to projekt, który ma funkcje informacji turystycznej. Zaprojektowane zostały infoboxy, które zawierają dokładne mapy miasta oraz informacje o wszystkich atrakcjach, które aktualnie odbywają się w regionie, ekrany dotykowe z dostępem do Internetu oraz miejsca, w których możemy podłączyć się z własnym sprzętem czy naładować telefon. Przewidziano również miejsce na tradycyjne stanowiska pracowników informacji. Budynek znajduje się w centralnym miejscu alei i na jego wysokości został zaprojektowany przystanek autobusowy. Kolejny budynek to miejsce galerii "Gwary Śląskiej" w której w ciekawy graficzny sposób omawiane są poszczególne słowa śląskiej gwary. Wystawa, która może być ciekawostką dla osób przyjezdnych jak i mieszkańców miasta Gliwice, którzy np. czekają na autobus. Ostatni budynek znajduje się w opozycji do obiektu głównej informacji i zawiera lokal gastronomiczny wychodzący na zaprojekowaną przystań na rzece Kłodnica.
Ideą całego projektu było zachowanie przyjaznych funkcji dla osób przyjezdnych jak i mieszkańców.

About project:
A Project was aimed at creating tourist information office in Gliwice. A Doncaster square is a location which was chosen in Gliwice. It is in the immediate vicinity of the Gliwice Town Hall, Provincial administrative court, Kłodnica river and in the vicinity of the Zwycięstwa street which is being burdened by the heaviest traffic. An another great advantage of the location is easy access to the public transportation system. The project includes the design of four buildings, preserving and expanding the green area for the citizens, a design of an underground parking area( for 124 spots) that would remove the parking area that functions next to the main road. The whole concept treats the surroundings such as: pavement, bus stops, and a parking lot as integral parts of the projects. The first designed building has mainly sanitary functions (toilets for the handicapped, rooms for mothers with children where they can change children's clothes or feed them and showers that could be used for further travel. The building has a direct connection with the crane and the staircase that leads to the underground parking lot and an exit to the pavement. An another building is a tourist information spot. There are special info boxes that contain all the information about tourist attractions, events and detailed maps of the region. The info boxes are equipped with the touch screens
with the internet access and special places where one can plug in his or her personal hardware or simply charge a mobile phone. The offices for traditional information workers are also planned. The building is located in the middle of the alley and on its level there is a bus stop. The gallery of “Silesian Dialect” is located next to the bus stop. The gallery presents Silesian dialect in the graphical and interesting way. The exhibition could be a novelty for the people that has just arrived to Gliwice as well as for those who live in Gliwice that wait for a bus to arrive. The last building is located opposite to the main building and plays the role of the eating place that is open to the marina on Kłodnica river. The idea of the whole project was to preserve the friendly functions for the people that visit the region as well as for those that are its inhabitants.
