Pokémon Millennium

The Pokétch (PokéKron in Italian) is an electronic device found in the imaginary region of Sinnoh that first appeared in 2006 in the games Pokémon Diamond & Pearl: with the announcement of Pokémon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl, remakes of the above, I tried to reinterpret the device as part of the official Nintendo Switch Online app.

On top of the screen appears the Trainer Card with all the basic informations. The player can access different useful tools as the Sinnoh region map, the list of their Pokémon, minigames as "coin toss" and more. The map was redesigned so that players can put marks wherever they want to remind them if there's anything interesting in that area like berries, items or rare Pokémon.

2021: smart watches are a real thing. The retro graphics on a modern device with touch screen display and a minimal design: players could carry around their Pokémon team and tools with style!

More Pokémon contents I made:
Digital painting of a real life Ash Ketchum / Illustration to raise awareness on ocean pollution (honorable mention winner at GameStop Graphic Contest 2021)

Logo design for "Ruota d'Arte", serie of livestreams on Twitch: the streamer spins a wheel to decide what to draw. The wheel in the name is also a reference to "Aura Wheel", signature move of Morpeko, the Pokémon protagonist of the logo.

Animated logo for Discord server "The Drunken Clamperl"
