My works want to be more than just 'buildings' in desolate landscapes. The physical appearance of the constructions are a symbol and encapsulation of the human psyche and soul longing full of hope and also lonely waiting. This intriguing duality of things that are actually present but can not be seen or not seen as they are is something i want to bring back in my works. The objects, constructions and shapes connect with the viewer and breathe atmosphere and emotion. The canvas extents to the viewer and embrace them trough the fading of colors and shadows around the objects that come together with surroundings that go beyond measurable distance.
