CTP is a commercial real estate developer, that builds, manages and delivers high-tech business parks throughout Europe.
I was hired by CTP’s marketing team to update existing visual identity. Overall goal was to step away from a cold corporate look and feel, give the brand more personal, caring, and even slightly fun touch. With a strong commitment to sustainability, its care about local communities where it operates, by creating jobs, developing urban infrastructure and environment, the company needed visual tools to highlight these topics.
