Moviee App is an app that helps to buy movie tickets of your choice. It covers all theatre locations in your city and offers point system to pay for your orders.

The research was conducted in order to understand what is the main frustration that users experience with movie apps. Target group included yonge and middle aged people whose hobby was to go to movies 1-2 a week.

The research revealed that even though users love going to the movies, they feel guilty and not happy spending that much money on tickets, while they really don’t want to drop their favourite hobby.

The goal was to make the process as easy and as simple as possible. Main part that I was focusing on is adding point system as another payment option, that you can see on the last Check Out screen.

Adding a point system to the app will encourage users to keep using app and they would feel that after spending money, the app gives back to the user by allowing them to collect point. This is a great interaction between a product and a user, who would feel that their struggles were finally met.
