This is a project I did in the 4th semester of my Bachelors of Architecture degree. The building is an institute for forest research located in Bhopal, India. The view in this image shows the building from the main pedestrian entrance.
The creation of this image involved 3 steps:
1. The first step was to create a base render from Vray for Sketchup. I added the materials and did not focus on the colors just yet.
2. The second step involved color correction and addition of the sky and the grass as well as a few imperfection textures on the steps and the concrete on the roof to make it look a bit more realistic.
3. The final step was to add humans and trees on Photoshop. The lighting of the trees and humans was also fixed on Photoshop using the levels adjustment. Finally I added a camera raw filter to the final image to give it a yellowish tint and to make the image brighter.
