House Renovation in Sanremo _ Home Design
CAD drawings and 3Ds of a family apartment in Sanremo.
The project concerns the renovation a of a flat by replacing the old flooring made of ceramic tiles, with Grès Porcellanato, Concrete tiles and Parquet. Another important change is the arch that will replace the door that originally separates the kitchen from the living room, creating a more open and brigth environment.
This part of the house is characterized by a minimal use of colours: white / grey tones and a very light pink wall paint. The dining space is furnished with a wooden extendable table that recalls the wood of the fixtures.
The studio is characterized by bright yellow walls that trasmit energy and positivity for the working hours. The bedrooms as the living space are very minimal in terms of colours and furniture with the difference of an dark elegant parquet.
The two bathrooms are based on the contrast between the pure white ceramics and the dark colour of the concrete tiles, with the addition of greenery decorations.
