In 2009, Dino Tomassetti, Jr., shifted to real estate development, building several industrial warehouse properties and multifamily buildings. In 2011, he joined the self-storage industry. Over the next decade, Dino expanded his portfolio of self-storage facilities in the New York Metropolitan Area and created the "Storage Fox" self-storage brand.
