1-Bit Playing Cards (Collection 28006)

Collection of 1-bit animated playing cards: Aces, Jacks, Queens and Kings + 2 Jokers and 6 card back designs

In May 2020 I’ve made two sets of icons as a 1-bit pixelart icon design excercise. In April 2021 I’ve minted on of my first NFTs on Tezos blockchain on HicEtNunc marketplace and minting platform as multi-edition OBJKT number 28006

I’ve started designing 1-bit playing cards in May 2021 and minting NFTs with them on HicEtNunc since June. I’ve labelled them with hashtag #28006 to form a collection commemorating OBJKT 28006.

The Court Cards has been minted as 1/1 OBJKTs and airdropped to OBJKT 28006 buyers in order of purchase. So the first buyer got Jack of Clubs and the last got King of Spades.

Side note: if I did it now, I’d reverse the order so they’d go from Kings to Jacks on minting but from Jacks to Kings on my Hic Et Nunc profile page (since they are displayed in reverse chronological order there)

Later I’ve added Aces and Jokers as 1/1 OBJKTs and sold them on timed auctions using objkt.com (objkt.bid back then) as well as the AGAH auction platforms as well as direct sale.

Card Backs

Card back designs were designed before Jokers but minted before and after Jokers were minted and sold. They have been minted as multiple-edition to allow multiple collectors to collect them.

Card Backs I, II and V were limited drops with unsold copies burnt.

Card Backs III and IV were donated to #AfgHEN event to raise funds for humanitarian aid to people in Afghanistan.

Card Back VI has been given away at OBJKT4OBJKT event
