NOYA

We were commissioned by allmyhomes in 2020 with the marketing visualizations for the NOYA project.

With the renovation and upgrading of these buildings from the 1960s, Dawonia is developing a high-quality residential ensemble in Munich. Complemented by new roof structures, various types of apartments with high-quality furnishings are created.
The development is not only characterized by its central location, proximity to the English Garden and spacious outdoor areas, but also looks to attract a diverse target group through the versatility of the apartment types.

Our task was to convey this high quality lifestyle in the pictures in a way that was appropriate for the target group and in an atmospheric way.
