Challenge: Design a brochure to be used in print and digital formats for a financial services client.
Solution: I teamed with a copywriter whom I've worked with for years. We both have financial services and insurance backgrounds so that made for a natural fit. Once I received the document text I broke it down into individual pages to get a feel for pagination and page count. We discussed the spreads and decided to make use of icons, graphs and charts whenever possible, all of which I created in Illustrator, to help explain the client's approach. Content and age appropriate photography was incorporated as well. The brochure was so well received that we used the content to create a PPT deck for presentation purposes.
