TSUKIMI
An interior wall light depicting the aesthetic style of Wabi-Sabi.
This design concept is centred around 'finding beauty within imperfections', which is the epitome of Wabi-Sabi. On first impression, the product appears cracked and misshapen. But when switched on, the light fills in the cracks to reveal a crane - a symbol of longevity and healing.

The wall light is also inspired by the moon and is where the name TSUKIMI comes from, meaning 'moon viewing', a traditional event often carried out at Buddhist Zen temples in Japan. This product mirrors the sensory experience of staring at the full moon from a Japanese temple.
